Refund Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026. This policy explains when Code Radar subscription purchases can be refunded and how to request a review.

Refund eligibility

The goal is a fair policy for developer-tool purchases while preventing license abuse and duplicate entitlement usage.

Standard refund window You may request a refund for an initial website subscription purchase within 14 days of purchase if Code Radar does not fit your workflow or cannot be made to work in your environment.
Duplicate or accidental purchases Duplicate charges, accidental duplicate subscriptions, and obvious checkout mistakes are eligible for review and refund when reported promptly.
Renewals Subscription renewals are generally refundable only when requested within 14 days of the renewal charge, unless a different rule is required by law or checkout provider policy.
Cancellations Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior paid periods unless the charge qualifies under this policy.
Marketplace purchases AppSumo or other marketplace purchases are governed by the marketplace refund terms and support flow unless Code Radar explicitly provides a separate written exception.
Abuse exclusions Refunds may be denied for license sharing, attempts to bypass entitlement checks, excessive usage inconsistent with evaluation, chargeback abuse, or other violations of the Terms of Service.

How to request a refund.

Paddle processes website subscription payments, so refund review needs enough checkout information to identify the transaction.

Request process

  • Email support@code-radar.dev from the address used for checkout or license activation.
  • Include the Paddle receipt, order ID, subscription ID, or buyer email so the charge can be located.
  • Describe whether you want a refund, cancellation, plan correction, duplicate-charge review, or technical support first.
  • Support will review the request and respond as soon as practical, typically within 5 business days.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle or the applicable payment provider. Bank, card, and marketplace processing times are outside Code Radar's direct control.

If a refund is approved, the related license, machine activations, repository slots, and subscription entitlements may be disabled.

Required legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory refund, cancellation, consumer, or payment-dispute rights that apply under the laws of your location.
